This week’s dispatch comes from Account Manager Rawan Haidar, who just helped launch ADCB’s Private Banking site. Here’s what she has to say about the new service:

ADCB recently introduced Private Banking, the bank’s exclusive, personalized service offering for UAE’s high net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients. ADCB plans to offer this service to approximately 100 current Excellency customers (the bank’s top tier customers).

The website’s look and feel is very aspirational and reflects the luxury sector of peer brands such as Four Seasons and Bentley. The idea was to create a sophisticated website reflective of the level of VIP clients, complete with concierge services like VIP ticketing to sporting events, reservations at top hotels and restaurants, or organizing travel experiences.

LMTD was initially responsible for the creation of the user experience design and development of a few template pages for the English and Arabic site on both desktop and mobile versions. Later on, ADCB asked us to develop the entire website in just two weeks! It was a challenge, to be sure, but we came through and the results look (if we say so ourselves) fantastic!
